JOB DESCRIPTION:

• prepares HACCP plans for each production facility, for the production and distribution of ready-made meals and sandwiches, i.e., catering,
• performs supervision and control of the application of prescribed norms and recipes and prepares relevant reports,
• educates workers on adequate food preparation methods for the purpose of preserving nutritional and sensory properties, as well as during the introduction of new dishes, ingredients, and products,
• educates workers on correct procedures to ensure the health safety and quality of food and, in connection with that, the assessment and application of cleaning and disinfection plans for the facility,
• performs supervision of work in restaurants from the aspect of Good Hygiene Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice (GHP and GMP), monitoring the implementation of the provisions of the Food Safety Plan (FSP) and preparing an internal report on the performed supervision,
• actively participates in the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system and the implemented quality system according to ISO standards at the Company level,
• participates in the procurement processes of raw materials and materials, equipment, and inventory, prepares technical specifications related to the subject of procurement,
• cooperates in the implementation of inspection supervisions and other authorized bodies within their area of competence,
• performs tasks of conducting and processing regular and extraordinary inventories,
• performs other tasks as ordered by the Head of the Development and Quality Management Department.

EDUCATION LEVEL: VSS, food-biotechnology/veterinary/sanitary engineer/ agronomy

WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 year

REQUIREMENTS:

• advanced computer skills
• B category driver's license
• knowledge of at least one foreign language

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Indefinite period – regular jobs

WORKING HOURS: Full-time
