What will be your main functions?
- Prepare, participate in, and follow up on proposals in tables, commissions, and working groups related to labor relations, collective bargaining, and the labor market.
- Promote collective bargaining and strengthen the representation of SMEs in collective agreements.
- Participate in the organization of events, conferences, workshops, and working sessions, preparing supporting documentation, presentations, and arguments.
- Provide technical and strategic support to the Labor Commission and participate in projects, activities, and events of the area or of a transversal nature.
What skills and knowledge are necessary for the position?
- Degree in Law or Labor Relations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of labor relations and/or labor law is required, with experience in collective bargaining being especially valued.
- Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
