The position is to be filled on a full-time basis with 39 hours per week within the framework of "Trial & Hire".

Your tasks

• Requirements planning & order processing: You determine material requirements and independently process orders for goods as well as licenses via the ERP-System
• Delivery date and inventory monitoring: You keep an eye on delivery dates and stock levels and ensure reliable material availability
• Invoice verification: You check incoming invoices, verify price and quantity differences, and release invoices for payment
• Supplier communication: You are in regular exchange with national and international suppliers and clarify queries regarding orders and deliveries
• Master data maintenance: You maintain article, supplier, and purchasing master data in the ERP-System and ensure high data quality

What you bring to the role

• A completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in purchasing, materials management, or order processing is an advantage
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 as well as experience with an ERP-System
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• A structured, reliable way of working as well as teamwork and communication skills
