Do you know the railway industry and want to gain international experience?

For our client - a specialist for state-of-the-art track construction machinery - we are looking for an experienced Service Technician to take on an exciting project in Ireland.

Two new machines are being delivered to an international customer. For the technical support on-site, we are looking for a personality who will bring their know-how directly to the customer and accompany the commissioning as well as ongoing operation.

Your Tasks

• Technical support of rail milling trains directly at the customer in Ireland

• Implementation of conversions and optimizations on new machines

• Fine adjustment and technical adaptations of the systems

• Error analysis and technical problem solving

• Implementation of customer training and instructions

• Close cooperation with the development and design teams in Austria

• Support during commissioning and service assignments

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL or comparable) in the field of

** or a comparable specialization

• Absolutely required: Professional experience in the railway industry

• Experience in machine or special machine construction is an advantage

• Independent, solution-oriented way of working

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Good English skills for the assignment in Ireland

• Willingness to work night shifts, as maintenance and conversion work in railway operations often takes place outside of regular operating hours

• Willingness to live and work in Ireland for around one year
