Your tasks

As part of our team in Jalan Kampung Tengah, Cipeucang Kel., Cileungsi, Bogor Kabupaten, 16825, Indonesia, you will be fully responsible for travel itinerary planning, administrative management, and high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities include travel sales, teamwork coordination, and the use of Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for administrative purposes. Additionally, you are expected to be able to perform public speaking effectively, master English and Arabic, and be able to read the Al-Qur'an fluently to support efficient travel management operations that are friendly to the needs of pilgrims.

Requirements

We welcome male candidates who have completed SMA or SMK education with one to three years of work experience in a related field. Required technical qualifications include expertise in customer service, travel sales, travel itinerary planning, administration, and public speaking, as well as good proficiency in English and Arabic. Candidates must also have the ability to read the Al-Qur'an fluently and be proficient in using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
