At Tech Labs Colombia, we are looking for an experienced Data Engineer AI to take our data projects to the next level.

What will your objective be?

• Develop and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS.
• Implement Agentic IA tools in data engineering projects.
• Contribute to data analysis and management within the context of Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Fixed Income.

What are the benefits and contractual conditions?

• Indefinite term contract.
• Work modality: Remote - or hybrid in Bogotá (2 or 3 times a month).
• Flexible schedules: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST).
• Competitive salary between $10M and $12M, depending on your experience.

What requirements must you meet?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Advanced experience in SSIS and SQL.
• Conversational English proficiency, minimum B2.
