Production Leader: PMRTH

• Control and manage operations in the production line, including allocating manpower appropriately according to the production plan
• Monitor and control the production plan to meet targets regarding quantity, quality, and specified timelines
• Implement and drive Continuous Improvement activities to increase production efficiency and reduce waste
• Coordinate and resolve problems occurring in the production process in collaboration with relevant departments
• Supervise and control operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production efficiency standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Age 25 – 30 years old Diploma (Vocational Certificate) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields At least 3 years of experience in production Experience with production efficiency improvement activities (Kaizen) will be specially considered Able to use Microsoft Office programs Good internal communication skills and able to communicate in English
