We are looking for your talent as: VIBE MANAGER

Objective:

Responsible for assisting the hotel in all aspects related to the music and culture of the Hard Rock brand. Ensures that the musical, visual, and sensory experience projected to guests and collaborators reflects the authentic spirit and values of Hard Rock.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in hotel administration, tourism, or a related field. 90% advanced English proficiency.

Work experience: Minimum 1 year in Guest Experience Manager, Aura Manager, or similar positions.

Specific knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Broad understanding of Lifestyle-type hospitality products and customer service.
• Advanced musical and audiovisual knowledge (technical, theoretical, historical, and atmospheric).
• Proficiency in at least 1 musical instrument.

Functions:

• Supervises and maintains the consistency of the hotel's musical, visual, and sensory atmosphere under Hard Rock standards.
• Monitors and adjusts elements of the VIBE program (Music, Video, Atmosphere) in all areas of the hotel.
• Ensures compliance with brand policies and standards.
• Promotes brand culture through continuous induction and training of staff and management in musical and brand aspects.
• Ensures the correct operation, promotion, maintenance, and experience of all elements of the Sound Of Your Stay program and other brand programs according to established standards.
• Maintains the good condition of Memorabilia pieces and ensures their dissemination among guests and collaborators.
• Jointly supervises perfect audio quality (speaker maintenance, zone distribution, volume monitoring, etc.)
