We are looking for an HR Business Partner (all genders) in full-time for our location in Elmshorn starting from 01.09.2026.

Which tasks await you:

• Central contact person for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters
• Management and further development of career and personnel development measures for the targeted promotion of talents
• Development and implementation of effective occupational health management to promote performance and well-being
• Advice on labor law issues as well as ensuring legally compliant and practical implementation
• Initiation, management, and optimization of HR projects for the further development of processes and instruments
• Advising departments on strategic and organizational subject areas
• Supporting managers in achieving their business goals through tailor-made HR measures

What distinguishes you:

• Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on HR, economics, or comparable
• Relevant professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in cooperation with managers and departments
• Experience in the implementation of HR projects as well as in the further development of HR processes
• Sound knowledge in the areas of personnel development and labor law, as well as ideally initial experience in health management
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications as well as experience with SAP HCM, ideally supplemented by SAP FI/CO
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident and professional appearance
• High level of initiative, strong resilience, as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Openness to change as well as enjoyment in actively helping to shape HR topics
