For our client, a successful real estate company with a broad service portfolio, we are looking for you as a Real Estate Agent | Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d). The position initially starts via temporary employment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).

YOUR TASKS

• Commercial management and administration of rental properties
• Preparation and auditing of operating cost statements
• Organization of maintenance measures
• Marketing of rental space and monitoring of lease agreements
• Preparation, participation, and execution of owners' meetings
• Correspondence with tenants, authorities, and service providers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d)
• Initial professional experience in the commercial administration of real estate
• Good English skills as well as MS-Office skills
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• High level of commitment and independent working style
