E commerce Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a person with an excellent attitude, commercial focus, analytical thinking, creativity, and results orientation, who is passionate about E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and the development of commercial strategies to drive the growth of our digital channels.

You would be responsible for:

• Development and execution of Marketing strategies for E-commerce.
• Planning and monitoring of commercial and promotional campaigns in digital channels.
• Management and optimization of products on E-commerce platforms and Marketplaces.
• Identification of opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Timely monitoring of sell-in, sell-out, and online sales objectives.
• Analysis of campaign results, promotions, and performance of digital channels.
• Preparation and analysis of E-commerce and Marketing reports and indicators.
• Monitoring of prices, promotions, positioning, and competitor activities.
• Coordination with internal Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure correct campaign execution.
• Proposal and development of strategies to improve user experience and the performance of digital channels.

Requisitos:

• Bachelor's degree in Mercadotecnia, Marketing, Administration, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Marketplace management.
• Experience in the development and monitoring of digital commercial campaigns.
• Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and Marketplaces, such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, or others.
• Knowledge and monitoring of performance indicators (KPI, conversion, traffic, sales, and ROI).
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
• Analytical, organizational, and project monitoring capacity.
