Your tasks:

Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the online fire brigade administration

Documentation of ongoing expansions and functionality

Ensuring the helpdesk for all users

Support with problem issues in the area of deployed software applications

Assistance in target implementation as well as optimization or new development of processes and projects

Handling of (partial) projects and work packages as the main person responsible

Implementation of Jira and Confluence

Your profile:

Completed technical training in the field of informatics (apprenticeship, HTL, FH) preferably with 2-3 years of professional experience

English in spoken and written form

Basic knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft, Linux), database or SQL knowledge for creating individual evaluations and direct data processing via SQL in the database, as well as knowledge in web technologies (CMS, HTML)

Basic knowledge of scripting languages (such as JavaScript, PHP)

Confident handling of MS-Office products

Knowledge of the fire brigade organization

High service orientation

Teamwork skills and flexibility

Willingness to perform additional services

Driver's license B
