Quality Engineer/IQS Key User

We are looking for a Quality Engineer/IQS Key User for our branch in Krupka in the Czech Republic. Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Responsibility for the implementation and development of the new central IQS system at the plant
• Administration, configuration, and management of individual system modules
• User support in solving technical and process problems
• Coordination of activities between the plant and the global IQS team (daily communication with headquarters)
• User training and support for their development
• Participation in audits and customer visits, presenting the system to customers
• Monitoring implementation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with global standards
• Collaboration on the creation and management of individual modules, processes, and data transfers such as:

FMEA

Control Plans

Inspection plans

PPAP documentation

Customer and supplier complaints

Management of measuring equipment and calibrations

• Secondary/Higher education (technical field preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management/process engineering, automotive experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to solve problems independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Communicative English skills at least at B2 level.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as part of international cooperation.
• Knowledge of CAQ systems (IQS, APIS, Babtec, QSYS, etc.) is an advantage
• Certifications in the field of quality (Core Tools, Six Sigma, Lean Management) is an advantage
• Technical thinking, attention to detail, high-level communication skills
