ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHER, INDEFINITE PERIOD, FULL-TIME

Conditions: candidates applying for the competition, in addition to the general conditions for establishing an employment relationship in accordance with general labor regulations, must also meet the conditions prescribed by the Zakon o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (NN no.: NN 87/08., 86/09., 92/10. and 105/10.-isp., 90/11., 16/12., 94/13., 152/14., 7/17., 68/18., 98/19., 64/20., 151/22., 156/23.), and the conditions for professional qualifications for the specified job position prescribed by the Pravilnik o stručnoj spremi i pedagoško-psihološkom obrazovanju nastavnika u srednjem školstvu (NN no.: 1/96., 80/99.).

A person for whom there are obstacles to employment under Article 106 of the Zakon o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (NN no.: NN 87/08., 86/09., 92/10. and 105/10.-isp., 90/11., 16/12., 94/13., 152/14., 7/17., 68/18., 98/19., 64/20., 151/22., 156/23.) cannot be employed in an educational institution.

Candidates of both sexes may apply to the competition. Expressions used in the competition that have a gender meaning are used neutrally and apply equally to both male and female persons.

Along with a written and hand-signed application to the competition, candidates must attach:

• CV,
• proof of acquired professional qualifications,
• proof of citizenship,
• certificate of no criminal record, that they are not under investigation and that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate regarding obstacles to establishing an employment relationship from Art. 106 of the Zakon o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (not older than 30 days from the date of publication of the competition),
• proof of previous work experience (electronic record or certificate from the competent service of the Hrvatski zavod za mirovinsko osiguranje).

Documents are submitted as uncertified copies, and the selected candidate, upon being hired, shall submit the original or a certified copy of the requested documentation.

Competition documentation will not be returned to candidates.

Persons who exercise the right of priority according to special regulations must refer to that right in their application, i.e., attach the prescribed evidence of that status; they exercise this priority in relation to other candidates only under equal conditions.

Persons who claim priority in employment based on Article 102 of the Zakon o hrvatskim braniteljima iz Domovinskog rata i članovima njihovih obitelji (NN no. 121/2017., 98/19. and 84/21.), Article 48, para. 1.-3. of the Zakon o civilnim stradalnicima iz Domovinskog rata (N.N. 84/21), Article 48. f of the Zakon o zaštiti vojnih i civilnih invalida rata (N.N. number 33/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13 and 98/19), Article 9 of the Zakon o profesionalnoj rehabilitaciji i zapošljavanju osoba s invaliditetom (N.N. number 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) are obliged in their application to the competition to refer to that right and, along with the application, attach evidence of fulfilling the competition requirements as well as all other evidence proving priority in employment according to special laws, and they have priority over other candidates/female candidates only under equal conditions. For the selected candidate, the issuance of a special certificate for natural persons from the Ministarstvo pravosuđa will be requested in accordance with Article 13 of the Zakon o pravnim posljedicama osude, kaznenoj evidenciji i rehabilitaciji (NN no.: 143/12., 105/15., 32/17., 53/22.). For the selected candidate, verification of the authenticity of the document regarding the level of education will be requested from the competent educational institution.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Zakon o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka („Narodne novine“ no. 42/18.), all documents submitted for the competition are sent by the free will of the candidate and it is considered that the candidate has given consent for the processing of all data, which will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure. By applying to the competition, candidates agree to the public publication of personal data (first and last name) on the school's website for the purpose of calling for testing and an interview. They also agree to the publication of personal data (first and last name) on the school's website for the purpose of notifying the results of the competition.

For candidates applied to the competition who meet the formal requirements of the competition and whose applications are timely and complete, an assessment and evaluation (verification) will be conducted according to the provisions of the Pravilnik o načinu i postupku zapošljavanja u Obrtničkoj i tehničkoj školi Ogulin.

If a candidate does not attend the assessment and evaluation, they will be considered to have withdrawn their application to the competition.

in the section titled Natječaji and it will be considered that all candidates have been informed and are aware of the individual stages of the competition as well as the results of the competition.

The notice of the result of the competition procedure with the first and last name of the selected candidate will be published by the school within the legal deadline on its website: http://www.otsog.hr

in the Natječaji section after the Školski odbor issues consent for the selected candidate, and it will be considered that all candidates have been informed and will not be notified individually.
