Maintenance Engineer

AREA: COLD GLASS MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING GRADUATE BASIC MISSION OF THE POSITION Planning of works, personnel management, and implementation of organizational improvements and cost reduction alongside the workshop manager. Substitute for the workshop manager in their absence. MAIN FUNCTIONS Their functions are part of the plant's management systems: Safety, Environment, Quality and Food Safety, and machinery maintenance: Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures during works. Coordinate the work of the workshop personnel together with the manager. Execution and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the machinery depending on the Cold Glass workshop. Analyze the results of said maintenance (breakdown repair time, frequency…). Responsible for the proper functioning of all inspection machines, robots, packagers, labelers, baggers, etc., at an electrical / electronic level. Participate in the production changeover process. Identify improvement opportunities. Ensure correct waste management according to the signage of the containers distributed throughout the plant. Active relationship both with the internal departments of Escogido, Talleres, Calidad, Asistencia Técnica a Clientes, as well as with external suppliers.

REQUIRED TRAINING Degree in Engineering ( Electricity – Electronics branch ) Medium-HIGH English (fluent speaking). Programming Schneider and Siemens automata Awareness of Food Safety standards. Advanced knowledge of Office automation (MS office), REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in multinational environments and in production lines of at least 3-5 years.
