As a Site Controller within the Finance team, you represent a strategic aid to Management in the analysis of costs and trends in order to support the company in being the most high-performing glass packaging manufacturer. Reporting to the Site Director of Gironcourt-sur-Vraine (350 employees), a member of the Executive Committee, you implement plans and actions to anticipate and moderate risks. In a heavy, complex, continuous furnace industry context, you are the guarantor of high-quality financial information, and you drive and contribute to the site's strategic projects. You participate in improving processes, tools, and economic performance. Your missions/responsibilities: Optimization of management control methods, and driving the management cycle: business plan, budget, forecasts, and corrective action plans, Periodic closings, development of dashboards, KPIs, and performance review meetings, with a focus on driving and optimizing operational cash-flow, Compliance of site reporting with group standards, Management of fixed assets: formalization of requests in SAP (PO) Coordination of SOX controls for the site Management of a plant Purchasing coordinator.

Holder of a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Corporate Finance or accounting Solid experience of at least 4 years in controlling within an industrial environment A good understanding of the challenges of heavy industry Leadership, team spirit, versatility Ability to analyze and synthesize numerical data Proficiency in IT tools, Excel, SAP Good communication (clarity, listening, synthesis) and ability to work in a network Ability to influence and challenge established solutions Fluent English
