What to expect

• You coordinate and control the transport processes in your area of responsibility and ensure smooth and efficient dispatching.

• You always keep an eye on shipments, transports, and deadlines and process orders independently in the dispatching tool.

• You organize the processing of outbound traffic as well as special trips, paying attention to quality, economic efficiency, and compliance with legal requirements.

• You are the contact person for our customers, maintain existing business relationships, and conduct price negotiations. The requirements of our customers and the quality of the transported goods are your top priority.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau with relevant professional experience in dispatching.

• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.

• You enjoy contact with customers and convince with your communicative nature.

• You have good geographical knowledge as well as English skills and are confident in using MS Office and common IT or dispatching systems.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €2,738.10 gross per month based on full-time employment. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment is offered.
