Nova Industri is a subsidiary of SMS group Nordic, whose parent company, SMS group GmbH, is headquartered in Germany. Nova Industri AB is a leading service company focused on industrial production and mechanical machining, with operations in Boden and Kalix. With over 20 years of experience, we offer tailored solutions within turning, milling, welding, and steel structures. Our strong regional presence enables us to deliver high-quality services, primarily to industrial companies throughout Norrbotten.

About the role As a commercial intern, you will work at our operations in Boden, just outside Luleå. You will support business areas such as sales, project calculation, project execution, finance, and accounting from a commercial perspective. You will also participate in the implementation and improvement of commercial processes throughout the entire organization. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for internal training at our parent company in Germany, SMS group GmbH.

Candidate profile

• Currently studying at a university, preferably in a master's program in International Business or a related field, or have recently completed your master's studies
• Has a great interest in commercial operations and process improvements
• Has strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, as well as an interest in working with frameworks, government regulations, and legislation
• Has very good communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is a merit
• Has good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and is comfortable learning new ERP/CRM systems
• Has the ability to work independently and collaborate as well as communicate cross-functionally, while handling confidential information in a professional manner
• Is willing to travel for training
