Guest Services Attendant position available at Northern Lights Village Levi! The Northern Lights Village brand was born in 2016 and since then we have opened three resorts in Finnish Lapland. About the Job We are seeking a joyful, kind, and entertaining Guest Services Attendant to join the Northern Lights Village. In this role, you will primarily be driving, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to their safari start point, and responding to various inquiries. Your charismatic character will be essential in ensuring our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay.
Key Responsibilities Greeting guests upon entering
Assisting guests with their inquiries
Driving guests to / from the airport and cabins
Helping to arrange transportation for guests
Luggage handling
Assisting guests with getting their winter gear upon arrival
Keeping the Safari House tidy
Requirements Experience as a Guest Services Attendant or a similar position
Fluent written and spoken English
Valid B drivers’ license
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Beneficial Qualifications
First Aid Certificate
Knowledge of the local area
Multi-lingual capabilities
Background in hospitality service

Pay, Duration and Benefits Starts: November, Ends: February / March
Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period
Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience

If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €300/month

Job Description Receiving customers upon their arrival and assisting them with their inquiries
Preparing saunas between bookings
Taking care of customers' luggage to the cabins
Helping customers get their outdoor gear upon arrival
Keeping the Safari House tidy
Driving customers by car
Requirements Experience in customer service tasks or similar work
Fluent spoken and written English
Valid B driver's license
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
Beneficial Qualifications First aid training
Local knowledge
You know additional languages besides English
Background in hospitality service
