Accounting Supervisor - Costing

The company is looking for an expert in cost accounting with leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively with a team to drive the organization's financial operations toward stable and sustainable growth. The job details are as follows:

• Control and oversee Product Costing and inventory costing calculations
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor Standard Cost, Actual Cost, and Cost Variance
• Prepare monthly cost reports along with analyzing the causes of significant variances
• Oversee the monthly closing of cost and inventory accounts
• Verify and oversee BOM and Routing data
• Prepare supporting data for Budget and Forecast
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting departments to analyze and control costs
• Support audits from external auditors and internal audits

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields Age 30-40 years old At least 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting or cost analysis in a manufacturing plant Knowledge of Standard Costing, Cost Allocation, Inventory Valuation, and Variance Analysis Ability to analyze raw material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing overheads Knowledge of production processes and inventory control systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) Experience using Express system Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to communicate in English at a working level
