Analytic Consultant
The Retail Vertical department is at the heart of NielsenIQ's strategic challenges. Our team provides daily support to the main players in the Tech & Consumer Durables sectors in France by providing them with market analysis, strategic recommendations, and data-driven solutions. In this context, we are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to support our strategic clients. You will develop in-depth market expertise and contribute to creating value by transforming data into concrete and actionable recommendations. Mission: Within the team, you will support our clients in exploiting retailer data and our analytical solutions to meet their commercial and marketing challenges. You will notably be required to: Develop expertise in the Tech & Consumer Durables markets, their competitive environment, and distribution dynamics. Support clients in the use and interpretation of NielsenIQ data and associated tools. Perform market analyses and formulate relevant recommendations addressing clients' business issues. Translate client needs into high-value-added presentations intended for marketing, sales, and management teams. Contribute to the identification of development opportunities and participate in building solutions adapted to client needs. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Success teams, and other NielsenIQ departments. Participate in the adoption, training, and support of clients on our new digital platforms and solutions. Your main responsibilities: Develop in-depth knowledge of categories, brands, and distribution channels. Become a trusted interlocutor on issues related to market analysis and data. Perform in-depth analyses from multiple data sources and deliver them through impactful presentations. Identify growth levers and business opportunities. Build clear, reasoned, and results-oriented recommendations. Collaborate closely with the sales team in the context of recruiting new partners, by providing your market expertise, analyses, and recommendations during the prospecting and NielsenIQ solution presentation phases. Ensure regular client follow-up and contribute to their satisfaction. Identify new needs and participate in the creation of adapted solutions. Contribute to commercial initiatives and the growth of the business portfolio. Profile description: Graduate with a Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university). Initial experience in consulting, market research, data analytics, category management, or consumer goods is a plus. Excellent analytical capacity and comfort with numerical data. Strong synthesis and communication skills. Good level of English, both written and oral (evaluated during the recruitment process). Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Appetite for generative Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) and the ability to use them to improve analysis, productivity, and value creation for clients. Intellectual curiosity and interest in retail markets. Client orientation and sense of service. Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors. Proactivity and ability to propose solutions. Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
