NEXTON is recruiting a .NET Backend Developer M/F, on a CDI (permanent contract), in Paris!

Your future work environment:

For one of our major clients specialized in business services and payment solutions, you will join a key tribe dedicated to a multi-country mobile application used daily by millions of users. In an agile and multidisciplinary environment, you will contribute to the development of scalable and high-performance backend services aimed at increasing engagement, retention, and user experience. This role offers true autonomy within a "you build it, you run it" approach inside an organization focused on technical innovation.

Your missions:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable .NET APIs and services.
• Take responsibility for complex features from end to end, from technical design to production.
• Model business concepts and propose suitable architectures based on Clean Architecture, Clean Code, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Collaborate daily with Product Owners and the engineering team within a Scrum environment.
• Contribute to the design and operation of modern microservices based on CQRS (MediatR), the Outbox pattern, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, pair programming, and automated testing.
• Ensure end-to-end management of services deployed on Azure and Kubernetes, following the "you build it, you run it" principle (service health, observability, incident resolution).
• Use AI tools and development agents to accelerate workflows (from scoping to deployment) while remaining responsible for the final result.
• Participate in continuous improvement, technical documentation writing, and knowledge sharing within the team.

At least 8 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years on the .NET and C# ecosystem.

• Strong skills in REST API development, distributed architectures, Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and microservices.
• Mastery of MongoDB and PostgreSQL database environments (ideally via Entity Framework) as well as Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD Azure DevOps cloud infrastructures.
• Advanced practice or strong interest in application AI tools ("Power user") and the Spec-Driven Development approach.
• Autonomy, team spirit, rigor, transparency, and a professional level of English are essential to evolve in an international context.
