NEXTON is recruiting a Project Manager / Operational Change Management Lead M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!
Your future work environment:
Within the Project & Change Management team of one of our major banking and financial sector clients, you will work on steering strategic projects and reviewing operational processes. You will operate in a stimulating international context, at the intersection of operational teams, the Business, and transversal functions. Your role is key to structuring the evolution trajectory of the function and guaranteeing operational added value at scale.
Your missions:
- Lead end-to-end projects initiated by Operations Management impacting the structuring, optimization, and new processes of GMO.
- Structure and facilitate governance, define the operational roadmap, and manage monitoring instances as well as steering committees.
- Conduct scoping studies on existing organizations and processes in order to identify areas for improvement and define the Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Produce and formalize all key methodological and operational deliverables (workflows, RACI matrices, process maps, meeting minutes).
- Collaborate closely with operational teams based in Paris, London, and Lisbon, while relying on local relays in the US and APAC.
- Ensure the active representation of the voice of Operations within the framework of transversal projects initiated by the Business, IT, or the Business Management / Drive direction.
- Centralize and formalize all user needs by playing the role of Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Business and the business teams.
- Deploy an effective and adapted communication strategy for strategic sponsors and various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years minimum of experience in project management, change management, or organizational scoping within the banking or financial sector.
- Mastery of organizational scoping methodologies, process modeling (workflows, mapping), and Target Operating Model (TOM) definition.
- Excellent mastery of project management and formalization tools (RACI matrices, workflow tools, advanced office suites).
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate committees and coordinate multidisciplinary international teams (fluent English level is imperative).
- Rigor, synthesis skills, autonomy, and a true consulting posture to represent the voice of Operations in the face of Business challenges.
