Strategy/Planning Director
New Vegas is a rapidly growing agency looking to strengthen and expand its strategic culture. This position is to lead the area, the people, and continue building a solid culture of strategy and planning.

Responsibilities:
support and monitoring of the team in the development of on and offline campaign planning and strategies;
hiring team reinforcements and ensuring all deadlines are met, striving for the maximum quality of work;
team management: feedback routine, creation of development plans
organization of work in the team's schedule according to the seniority and profile of each professional
business generation through the creation and prototyping of new products in an interlocution between Planning, New Business, and Account Management.
Assist and guide the team in projects, ensuring the understanding of the briefing, problem definition, market studies, behavioral research, generation of insights for creation, and presentation of the most appropriate solution for each case;
Participate in and guide strategic recommendations and tactical actions, ensuring that the direction is understood by peers and clients
Ensure that projects are in the best possible "version" of the story to be told
validation of work, whenever necessary;
team development: feedback, coaching, and emotional support;
management of the department budget, whether for hiring, tools, research, or suppliers;
transit and integration with other areas of the agency, such as Creation and Media;
shared management of the BI/Insights department and full management of the Creators area;
Requirements:
Ease in verbal and written communication; Skills with deadlines and processes;
Be curious, questioning, analytical, and a researcher;
Attentive to trends, methodologies, and consumer behavior;
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Keynote and/or Pacote Office
English.
