Specialized leadership in Demand Planning and IBP/S&OP is required. The goal is to manage the Forecast and the demand of assigned channels. The position articulates data, supply, and operations to support business decisions, positively impacting the Forecast, inventories, service level, and the synchronization between demand and supply. 5+ years of experience, B2+ English, and proficiency in analytical tools are required. This Demand Planner will be key in articulating with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations. We are looking for a professional with experience in Forecasting and S&OP.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the demand planning process and the execution of IBP/S&OP.
  • Manage and optimize the sales Forecast and the demand of assigned channels.
  • Ensure synchronization between projected demand and supply capacity.
  • Analyze and present Forecast Accuracy BIAS and WMAPE results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align plans.
  • Implement and continuously improve demand planning tools and methodologies.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in processes and tools to optimize inventories and service level.
  • Develop and maintain data models and reports in Power BI and advanced Excel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBP/S&OP demand planning or similar roles.
  • Advanced mastery of data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience in Oracle Demand Planning or similar systems.
  • Experience in managing key indicators such as Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, and WMAPE.
  • English level B2+ or higher.
  • Professional in Engineering, Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related careers.
  • Specialization in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Operations is desirable.
  • Ability to lead and articulate cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations).
  • Fixed-term contract (work or labor).
  • Salary: $7,161,080 plus benefits.
  • Availability to work in-person in Bogotá.
  • Possibility of direct hiring by the company.
