N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European competence center for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce Trent series engines. The joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc. is located on the outskirts of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area, "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 1000 employees service engines for 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

Check-In / Your Tasks

• Carrying out inspection, maintenance, repair, and conversion work
• Systematic and independent troubleshooting on various machines and systems in the field of engine overhaul (CNC controlled machine tools, spray and coating systems, etc.)
• Collaboration during the commissioning of new machines and systems
• Recording, documenting, and adjusting process parameters on coolant lubrication systems
• Collaboration in spare parts management
• Contributing ideas for the continuous improvement of plant availability
• Supervising external companies within the scope of maintenance / repair
• Support in the planning as well as documentation of maintenance work

Boarding / Your Profile

• Successfully completed training as a Mechatroniker, maintenance technician, or comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in the maintenance of production plants and machines
• Knowledge in the areas of automation technology, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• High commitment and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of English
• Good MS-Office skills
