- Completed, at least 3-year university education in the field of aviation or mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation, in the field of production planning or engine repair and overhaul
- Comprehensive knowledge of the functionality of engine components and systems
- Good knowledge of engine documentation and the applicable airworthiness and safety requirements
- Customer and goal orientation
- Flexible, independent, punctual way of working
- High communication skills, teamwork skills - and resilience
- Very good English skills

Boarding / Your Tasks
- Gathering and assessing technical deviations across the production teams and initiating TVs (Technical Variances) from Rolls-Royce
- Identifying necessary and strategic changes in the manual as well as developing change proposals
- Planning and implementing process-related improvements to optimize quality, cost and time
- Actively transmitting proposals for alternative repair techniques to Rolls-Royce
- Coordination and communication of technical deviations to the mechanic teams as well as to Rolls-Royce
- Close cooperation with internal project and customer teams to ensure smooth processes
