• Contact person for internal and external quality issues to improve quality and reduce error rates
• Individual responsibility for a customer group for external complaint processing and as a defined customer advisor
• Independent projects for preventive safeguarding, continuous monitoring, optimization, and control of processes
• Participation in internal complaint processing, as well as root cause analysis and rectification in coordination with production
• Management and analysis of quality KPIs
• Participation in customer visits

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field
• Relevant professional experience in the field of complaint processing
• Further training as a Quality Technician or comparable is an advantage
• Alternatively, high experience in the subtractive manufacturing of turned parts
• Sound knowledge in the application of common QM methods in the automotive sector such as Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D
• Confident handling of CAQ and ERP systems as well as knowledge of MS-Office
• Motivating and confident interaction within the team and with customers
• English skills in speaking and writing
• Initiative, assertiveness, and an independent way of working
