UNESCO Specialist (F/M)
Scope of duties:
Maintaining contacts and correspondence with organizational units and specialists in UNESCO and monument protection, preparing reports and analyses, monitoring the status of any potential threats to the status of the Krzemionki Prehistoric Striped Mining Region, participating in research work and popularization initiatives regarding the UNESCO site.
Requirements:
- education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - necessary
- skills: communication skills, high personal culture - necessary; category B driving license - necessary; proficient computer use including internet - necessary
- foreign languages: English - speaking: B1 - intermediate, writing: B1 - intermediate - necessary; French - speaking: B1 - intermediate, writing: B1 - intermediate - necessary
- other: Use of MS Office suite programs and the ability to use CAD programs is welcome, ability to use geospatial data software (GIS).
Knowledge of the principles of functioning of world heritage sites, knowledge of the Act on the Protection and Care of Monuments and the provisions of other acts affecting the activities of a world heritage site (including KPA, Prawo Budowlane, Ustawa o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym, ustawa o kształtowaniu ustroju rolnego, prawo zamówień publicznych)
