For an important project in the Automotive sector, we are looking for a Junior Automotive Operations Advisor to join a structured and constantly evolving team. The resource will have a key role in coordinating the logistical and operational activities related to vehicle movement, collaborating daily with logistics hubs, dealers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate vehicle transport and distribution activities.
• Monitor and organize the sorting of cars between different logistics hubs.
• Manage operational relationships with dealers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Support the monitoring of deliveries and operational timelines.
• Prepare reports and analyses using Excel.
• Collaborate on the optimization of logistical and organizational processes.
• Ensure an effective flow of communication between the various interlocutors involved.

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
