Responsibilities and duties

• Expansion of Assets and Investments;
• Ensure full compliance with Budget Planning and balance in the timing of physical-financial progress of Projects;
• Ensure the best technical engineering solutions in the preparation of projects for civil works aiming for best practices, meeting deadlines and adequate costs. Optimization of Resources, cost reduction and performance Contract management, preparation and control of project delivery schedule;
• Monitoring of designers' contracts;
• Preparation of estimated budgets, seeking the best project solution;
• Identify new technologies and resources available in the market Identify and disseminate best practices among Business Units;
• Development and approval of new suppliers;
• Participate in the preparation of the Budget Planning for investments of the Business Units;
• Perform technical evaluations of civil projects;
• Evaluate and approve technical documentation related to civil investments;
• Ensure the application of guidelines for the preparation and revision of technical documents to meet safety, quality, and environmental standards;
• Approval of designers' measurements;
• Preparation of Technical Specifications;
• Technical Support to other areas of the Business Units;
• New Business Preparation of technical documents;
• Cost and investment estimates;
• Studies of technical solutions for budget reduction.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Engineering or Metro-railway Systems.
• Specialization/MBA/Master's in Engineering, Metro-railway Systems, Project Management, or Business Management.
• Proficiency in Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Active CREA.
• Experience in Metro-railway works (Civil), specific civil structures for the Metro-railway modal.
• Knowledge in Autocad, Knowledge in Revit or Navisworks.
• Intermediate English.
• Availability to work in São Paulo/SP.
