Responsibilities and assignments
- Route Development: Conduct market, competition, and demand analyses to develop business cases oriented toward route acquisition and expansion, using robust data and effective storytelling for negotiations with airlines.
- Strategic Proposals: Develop and present detailed proposals for air services, incentive programs, network projections, and economic feasibility, ensuring clarity and impact in supporting executive management.
- Airline Marketing: Plan and execute cooperative marketing actions with airlines and tourism boards, coordinating promotional campaigns and communication materials to drive new routes.
- Stakeholder Integration: Establish continuous relationships with airlines, the tourism trade, and internal areas (Marketing, Communication, Institutional Relations), ensuring strategic alignment and execution of promotion plans.
- Conduct high-impact cooperative marketing partnerships with airlines (domestic and international) and tourism promotion agencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Create dashboards and track route KPIs, proposing proactive adjustments for network optimization and frequency increases.
- Institutional Representation: Actively participate in national and international fairs (WTM, BTL, FITUR, Routes) and local agendas (COMTUR, CVBs), promoting Motiva destinations and strengthening the relationship network.
- Governance and Compliance: Comply with internal norms and compliance and anti-bribery standards, performing mandatory training and declarations according to Motiva Group guidelines.
Requirements and qualifications
What we expect from you:
- ✅ Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Tourism, Marketing, or related areas;
- ✅ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
- ✅ Knowledge of Storytelling techniques for presentations;
- ✅ Knowledge of industry information resources (Sabre, OAG, IATA services);
- ✅ Fluent English.
You will stand out if you have:
- ✅ Desirable advanced knowledge in AI, Destination Marketing, and digital Marketing;
- ✅ Intermediate Spanish.
