As part of the ramp-up of our programs and the strengthening of our quality system, we are recruiting an Aeronautical Quality Engineer on a CDI basis. Integrated within the Quality Department, you will play a key role in controlling product and process compliance, working in close interface with project, industrialization, production, and supply chain teams.
Your missions (non-exhaustive list):
- Deploy and guarantee the application of the quality management system according to aeronautical standards (EN 9100, ISO 9001, customer requirements)
- Manage the processing of internal, supplier, and customer non-conformities (root cause analysis, action plans, effectiveness monitoring)
- Participate in internal, customer, and authority audits, and ensure the follow-up of associated actions
- Support project, production, and methods teams in controlling product and process quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes (AMDEC, 8D, QRQC, Lean, quality indicators)
- Ensure the quality interface with customers and suppliers
- Graduate of a Bac+5 program (engineering school or university equivalent) with a focus on quality, mechanics, or aeronautics
- Proven experience or a first significant experience in industrial quality, ideally in aeronautics, defense, or a sector with high regulatory constraints
- Good knowledge of quality tools and serial production and/or project environments
- Professional English required (customer interfaces and technical documentation)
- Rigor, analytical spirit, and the ability to manage complex technical subjects
- Transversal leadership and communication skills
- Autonomy, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented mindset
