Bakery-Pastry Sales Assistant (M/F)

Moon Croissant is recruiting a Bakery Sales Assistant.

Main Missions:

Welcome and advise customers: presentation of products, sharing the company's history and values, highlighting artisanal know-how, and responding to customer requests;

Participate in in-store communication actions: highlighting products of the day, new arrivals, promotions, or limited editions;

Ensure order taking and preparation: handling payments, packaging products, preparing drinks, and verifying order accuracy, for dine-in or takeaway;

Manage payments and transactions: reliable cash handling and cash register monitoring;

Relay customer feedback and any useful information to the management team (quality, expectations, suggestions);

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment: regular cleaning of the sales area and equipment, compliance with hygiene and food safety rules;

Perform setup and restocking: setting up the display case at opening, monitoring stock on the sales floor, replenishing products, and tidying up at closing;

Contribute to the smooth functioning of the team: participation in logistical and organizational tasks (receiving deliveries, product inspection, etc.).

Profile sought: The position requires rigor, dynamism, a sense of service, interpersonal skills, and team spirit. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; experience in a bakery would be an asset. A fluent level of English is required given the international clientele.
