TECHNOLOGIST - FIXTURE DESIGNER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Complete fixture agenda: Preparation of drawing documentation and fixture designs for the company's needs.
• Creation of construction documentation – material designs, drawings, construction procedures.
• Drawing and editing in modeling programs.
• Cooperation with other departments when designing changes to fixtures in technical documentation.
• Implementing changes in existing documentation.
• Collecting all necessary documentation for designing and modifying fixtures.
• Designing the most efficient ways of their production and assembly procedures.
• Ensuring and organizing technological production preparation, material flow for the execution of fixtures.
• Verifying the functionality of new fixtures and cooperation during their production.
• Data entry and management of technological production and assembly procedures in the ERP system.
• Processing descriptions and user manuals.

WE REQUIRE:

• Secondary or Higher education in the field of mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (technologist, designer).
• Knowledge of 3D CAD systems – ability to model and create drawing documentation.
• Knowledge of production technologies – the candidate must know how to realistically manufacture the designed fixture.
• Perfect orientation in mechanical engineering drawings, knowledge of standards and correct determination of tolerances and geometric specifications.
• Knowledge of metal properties and their heat treatment methods, so that the fixtures can withstand operational loads.
• English language at the level of reading technical documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems.
