At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Master for the area of Supply and Disposal Systems (m/f/d) for our Final Assembly Mechanics department.
Your role:
In your role as Master for the area of Supply and Disposal Systems, you will take on disciplinary and organizational responsibility for your team and ensure smooth processes in a central area of final assembly. You will lead and develop your employees, coordinate external partners, and ensure that all work is implemented according to the schedule, quality specifications, and hour budgets. With your eye for processes, you will drive KVP measures, record operational key figures, and continuously develop processes.
The main areas of responsibility are:
- Leadership and development of the team, including onboarding new employees, regular instructions, and promoting individual potential
- Direct leadership of employees as well as supervision of external companies commissioned by the site managers
- Design, further development, and implementation of KVP measures
- Compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets
- Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety and cleanliness
- Checking of resources, capacities, work documents, and material, as well as initiating necessary adjustments
- Close cooperation with production planning, control, and other interfaces
- Compliance with hour budgets and implementation of planned work steps
- Ensuring QS specifications in coordination with the QS coordinator
- Collection of operational key figures, maintenance of relevant documents, and continuous process improvement
What you bring with you:
- Completed advanced training as an Industriemeister, Techniker, or Handwerksmeister – ideally supplemented by a qualification in the area of employee leadership
- Good English skills in speaking and writing for secure communication, documentation, and coordination
- Leadership competence for a confident handling of employees, clear communication, and situational leadership
- Ability to represent decisions clearly and consistently drive processes forward
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working through goal-oriented action even in dynamic situations
