Experienced Electrical Designer / Technical Supervisor, Data Centers (Helsinki)

We are looking for an experienced expert in technical electrical implementation for our client to work on demanding data center projects. The role is suitable for an experienced electrical designer, technical supervisor, or electrical expert with a strong ability to assess the technical quality of site implementation and ensure that the execution meets the designs and the client's requirements.

In this role, you will act as an independent technical expert on-site and participate in the supervision of critical electrical system implementations, design inspections, and the identification of technical deviations. In this position, you will evaluate contractors' designs, shop drawing and RFI materials, and ensure the compatibility of different systems and technical interfaces throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We expect from you

• Strong experience in electrical design and the technical implementation of electrical systems
• Experience in technical quality assurance on-site, supervision, or similar expert tasks
• Ability to evaluate contractors' designs, shop drawing and RFI materials
• Experience in verifying compliance with designs in site conditions
• Good understanding of critical electrical systems, such as medium voltage and low voltage networks, UPS systems, backup power, transformers, and switchgear
• Ability to identify technical deviations, implementation risks, and interface challenges between different systems
• Experience from multidisciplinary construction or industrial projects
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Fluent English language skills
• Readiness to travel and work at the project location

• Previous experience from international projects
• Experience from commissioning or startup projects
