Sales & Marketing Manager (Industrial Products / B2B Solutions)

Responsibilities (Job Description)

•Sales & Marketing Strategic Planning: Define business plans, B2B marketing plans, and annual sales targets to expand the customer base within industrial factory groups and engineering projects. •Team Management & Sales Driving: Supervise, advise, and monitor the performance of the sales team (Sales Engineers / Sales Representatives) to achieve specified targets. •Market Development & Customer Base Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, penetrate industrial estate customer groups, and maintain good relationships with Key Accounts. •Technical Marketing: Plan public relations for products, industrial equipment, and company services through online channels (Website, LinkedIn, Digital Ads) and offline channels (Industrial exhibitions, Catalog). •Project Coordination: Work together with the engineering and technical teams to prepare Technical Proposals, quotations, and after-sales services to meet customer needs. •Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales summary reports, market condition analysis, and competitor trends to present to senior management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields) or Marketing/Management with direct experience in industrial products. At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within the industrial products/equipment group (with at least 2 years of experience in team management). Good understanding of procurement processes and coordination with industrial factory groups and contractors. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Possess a private car and driver's license, with the ability to travel to meet customers in industrial estates. Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing for coordination with international Vendors/Suppliers).
