Operation Excellence Specialist / Manager (OE / CI / Lean)

Job Description

• Analyze and evaluate work processes: Study current operational processes (As-Is Process) to identify Bottlenecks, Waste, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Drive Continuous Improvement projects: Plan and implement projects using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to reduce costs, reduce Lead Time, and increase Productivity.
• Define standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs/Metrics): Co-design Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and develop Dashboards to monitor operational performance effectively.
• Promote organizational culture: Organize training, provide consultation, and drive employees at all levels to understand and apply Kaizen or Lean concepts in their daily work.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Warehouse, Supply Chain, IT, or related departments to ensure smooth Change Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, or other related fields.
• 2 - 5+ years of work experience in Operation Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or Lean Manufacturing/Operations.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of tools and methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Root Cause Analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification will be given special consideration.
• Analytical Thinking skills and Data-driven Decision Making using programs such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills (Change Management / Stakeholder Management).
• Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
