BKK Benefits Clerk (m/f/d) – Full-time/Part-time possible – fixed-term for 2 years

Your Role

As a clerk in our "Benefits" team, you will independently advise and support BKK customers regarding statutory health insurance benefits. You will cover subject areas such as medical services, maternity, hospital treatment, pharmaceuticals, reimbursement of costs, new examination and treatment methods, as well as exemptions from co-payments. Your tasks include processing applications, providing competent advice on benefit and care options, and coordinating care with service providers. Your responsibility includes timely decisions and clear, transparent communication with customers.

Who You Are

• Completed training as a Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r, Kaufmann/-frau im Gesundheitswesen, or a comparable commercial or medical qualification
• Very good knowledge of social security law, ideally in the benefits area, or a high willingness to learn under guidance
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation, demonstrable in a statutory health insurance context
• Good English skills
• IT affinity and confident handling of common software
• Independent, quality-oriented way of working with pragmatic problem-solving
• Ability to work in a team, positive appearance, and a service-oriented attitude
• Willingness to further develop and continuously improve work processes
