Independent control and coordination of projects in plant engineering and their project teams

Responsible for tenders and the awarding of services to subcontractors in cooperation with your team

Clarification of technical requirements and interfaces with other departments, planning partners, and coordination of suppliers

Alignment of customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction

Support of commissioning both domestically and abroad

Cost, schedule, and quality responsibility during the quotation and order processing stages

Internal / external reporting, resource planning, project organization

What you bring to the table

Technical training in the field of mechanical / plant engineering (HTL, FH, TU)

Several years of professional experience in the project management of complex plant engineering projects – preferably Aerospace or Automotive

Leadership experience and high teamwork skills

Structured work planning and high commitment to performance

Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style

Sound user knowledge of PM-Tools

Friendly, confident appearance and very good communication skills

Willingness to travel (approx. 25%) and flexibility

Very good English skills in speaking and writing, knowledge of Spanish or French is an advantage
