Our Infrastructure & Energy Project Finance team is a human-sized, non-sectorized team, where each member plays a crucial role in large-scale projects. With about twenty employees, including six based in Morocco, our team stands out for its recognized expertise in the market. We work on numerous projects in France and across the world, covering various sectors such as energy, transport, social infrastructure, and telecommunications. We support a wide diversity of public and private actors, with interventions on major projects such as CDG Express, the Noor Midelt I & II solar and storage projects in Morocco, the urban heating networks of Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lyon, and Paris, the Auvergne very high-speed fiber network, or even the Nachtigal hydroelectric dam in Cameroon. Upon your arrival, you will benefit from about fifteen days of training on the major principles of project finance, a large part of which will be dedicated to financial modeling through the creation of a model "from scratch". You will evolve in a pleasant, caring, and stimulating working environment, within a dynamic team where cohesion and mutual support are at the heart of our daily lives. In this environment, we are looking for a final-year intern consultant to join our team. As an intern consultant, you will have the opportunity to: Contribute to the analysis and review of financial models as part of audits; Participate in the design and development of complex financial models; Review and optimize existing financial models, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency; Assist experienced consultants in optimizing the financial structure of complex projects in the infrastructure and energy sector and contribute to their structuring, definition, and negotiation; Contribute to the analysis of project documentation, such as concession contracts, partnership agreements, and/or power purchase agreements (PPA/CFD); Support public clients in their tendering processes: drafting consultation documents for companies and specifications, reviewing the financial and economic offers of candidates, selecting the prospective successful bidder, etc. Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals intended for public or private clients, in France and abroad.
You are currently in a Master 2 in an Engineering School, Business School, or University, with a specialization in Finance and a strong interest in infrastructure project finance, and are looking for a final-year internship. You possess solid knowledge in Structured Finance, Project Finance, and economic and financial analysis, and you are proficient in using the Office pack, particularly financial modeling on Excel (knowledge of VBA and interest in AI are appreciated). You are motivated by the idea of investing yourself in a growing team and possess a strong team spirit and initiative. Your ability to collaborate effectively with others and contribute to a harmonious working environment is essential. You are comfortable both in analysis and in writing, and you know how to work in a demanding environment. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary to communicate effectively with our international clients. Finally, rigor and attention to detail are indispensable qualities for this position.
