As a CSR intern, you will report to our CSR Director and will work in collaboration with various contributors from the firm's departments. You will be primarily involved in the following missions: Contribution to the implementation of CSRD: data collection and monitoring of sustainability status (project management and cross-functional coordination, management of internal contributors, data collection and consolidation, analysis, writing, etc.), Participation in the collection and consolidation of other extra-financial data (Carbon Footprint with the person in charge, contributing to responses to certain calls for tender, as well as to extra-financial rating agencies and, if needed, other ESG questionnaires, etc.), In concert with our experts and the person in charge: contribution to the construction of our transition plan (SBTi), Internal awareness: contribution to the organization of the European Sustainable Development Weeks 2026 (SEDD), or other internal CSR events, Sectoral monitoring (best CSR/SD practices, legal requirements regarding CSR, etc.)
Depending on your availability, you may also be required to: Participate in cross-functional committees and events, Facilitate and deploy awareness methods such as: la Fresque du climat, l'atelier 2 Tonnes, la Fresque du numérique, C3D MOOCs…. Carry out missions to identify, promote, and support internal CSR initiatives. Qualifications and Soft Skills You are currently in a specialized curriculum in Sustainable Development / CSR, You have proven experience in extra-financial reporting missions, and you have already worked on CSRD (during a previous internship or gap year), You are comfortable with European and French regulations on CSR, You are recognized for your analytical mind, your rigor, but also your sense of diplomacy and interpersonal skills, You enjoy being both autonomous and working in a team, Fluent English is imperative.
