Join the Deal Value Creation team, a human-sized team of 11 consultants with complementary profiles, covering expertise in strategy, finance, complex project management, or supply chain. Our mission is to support our clients in the analysis, preparation, and implementation of their acquisition or divestiture projects, whether it involves due diligence (commercial and operational), carve-out, integration, synergies, or performance improvement. You will be involved in M&A transaction projects, from due diligence work to the preparation and implementation of the operation. You will thus be required to intervene in different contexts: Separation (Carve-out) Combination (Integration), including synergies You will contribute to the team's various offerings: Commercial, Operational, Carve-out, Integration, and Synergy Due Diligences Management of the Signing to closing period Steering of Day 1 Execution of M&A strategies You will participate in cross-functional missions in collaboration with the firm's different expertises, notably Transaction Services, Restructuring, IT M&A, Valuation and Modeling, Change Management, etc.) As a consultant, you will intervene under the supervision of a manager, on commercial and operational due diligence, carve-out, synergy analysis, and integration missions, working with General Management and their operational teams. Your responsibilities will include: Data collection and analysis: Gathering data and performing analyses to identify issues and propose solutions. Conducting and preparing interviews: Participating in interviews with project stakeholders at the client to gather relevant information. Identification of improvement actions: Determining and prioritizing improvement actions by evaluating potential gains. Production of recommendations: Developing operational recommendations based on the analyses performed. Implementation support: Assisting client teams in implementing recommendations and ensuring their proper execution.
Start date January 2027.
Coming from a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or a university background for an end-of-studies internship, you have a strong interest in projects involving strategy, organization, processes, human resources, and information systems. You appreciate thinking that leads to action and like to take on the challenge of working quickly and efficiently to improve performance, with measurable results in the short and long term. You enjoy managing complex projects and wish to understand the overall functioning of a company and its transformation processes. You possess analytical skills, particularly financial, as well as an ability to propose pragmatic solutions. Equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you combine curiosity, listening, synthesis, method, and action. You have a perfect command of English. You are motivated to invest yourself in high value-added missions, to participate in demanding and high-quality operations, and to work for major groups and renowned investment funds.
