Our Risk Consulting teams in Paris and in the regions (Lyon, Toulouse) support our clients in the industry and services sectors as well as the public sector, in the fields of risk management, internal audit, internal control, and compliance. The Risk Consulting team works in close collaboration with business specialists (finance, supply chain & purchasing, CSR & Climate, HR, IT, legal, etc.) and sectoral specialists (defense, aerospace & space, energy & infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, consumer goods, services, distribution & logistics, etc.). Their working environment and the themes they need to know are interdependent with Data & AI topics. As a Senior Manager, you will lead high-value-added missions while actively contributing to the development of the firm and the supervision of teams. In this capacity, you will be required to: Support our clients in mastering their risks Lead and manage strategic, operational, and financial risk mapping processes. Design and deploy risk management systems adapted to our clients' challenges. Evaluate the maturity of existing systems and formulate pragmatic and operational recommendations. Support the implementation or transformation of Risk, Internal Control, and Internal Audit functions. Define and strengthen prevention and anti-fraud systems, including fraud risk mapping.

Lead internal audit and internal control missions Direct internal audit missions through outsourcing or co-contracting. Supervise the identification of risk areas and the evaluation of the effectiveness of control systems. Support the development and monitoring of action plans. Perform evaluations of internal audit functions and quality reviews.

Develop the business and grow the teams Supervise, support, and advance the consultants in the team. Actively participate in the commercial development of the activity: detecting opportunities, responding to calls for tender, commercial proposals, and managing client relationships. Contribute to the influence of our expertise through external visibility actions, professional events, and the development of new offerings.

Travel within France and internationally is to be expected depending on the missions.

Your profile You have at least 8 years of experience acquired within a consulting firm, an audit firm, or a large international group.

You have developed recognized expertise in: risk management; internal audit; internal control; anti-fraud systems; governance and organizational transformation.

You are recognized for your ability to interact with high-level stakeholders, to develop relationships of trust, and to lead complex missions in demanding environments.

Beyond your technical skills, you demonstrate leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong ability to unite teams around common objectives.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is indispensable.
