Within our Lyon office, you will join the Financial Advisory Services department, which brings together all the financial expertise necessary to support our clients in their strategic operations: Transaction services, Litigation, Valuation, and Corporate Finance. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will work in a duo with the Partner and play a key role in managing missions and developing the business. You will intervene on valuation missions in various contexts: Valuation of company securities Valuation of intangible assets (brands, customer bases, patents, technology), particularly within the framework of Purchase Price Allocations Valuation of complex financial instruments Impairment tests Assistance to statutory audit teams on valuation issues Expected technical skills Advanced Excel: financial modeling, sensitivities, scenarios Mastery of financial databases Good accounting knowledge and ability to read and analyze financial statements Fluent English (written and oral)
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial valuation Proven experience in an audit firm, financial advisory firm, or in investment banking / M&A Mastery of standard valuation approaches (DCF, DDM, multiples, NAV, …) and accounting frameworks (IFRS and French rules) Experience in team management and mission management Rigor, curiosity, and a taste for complex technical subjects Writing and synthesis skills Interpersonal skills and a sense of client service Natural leadership and the ability to unite a team around common goals
