You will join the Consulting pole of Forvis Mazars, which addresses the transformation of companies ranging from CAC 40 to Mid-Caps in the industrial and service sectors. You will contribute to the development of transformation offers for operating models, performance management, ERP transformation, and process digitalization for Finance Departments (CFO) to serve business development. Your challenges will be to support Finance Departments in their global and complex transformation projects, to analyze client issues, and to define and implement a strategy for evolving working methods, organizations, and tools. Your main missions will be: Leading organizational and process transformation missions: definition of business cases for deploying transactional Shared Service Centers (SSC), design and support for the implementation of management control expertise hubs, optimization of financial processes - reporting, forecasting, budget, medium-term planning - integration of financial functions and associated change management… Leading performance management missions: redesign of analytical monitoring and operational performance measurement, definition of dashboards and management reporting, diagnosis and optimization of management control, definition of processes and tools for workforce and payroll management… Leading digitalization missions of the finance function (ERP, EPM, RPA, …): strategic support, solution selection strategy, business case specifications, project structuring and scoping, program management, business support, deployment support Participating in internal life: participating in the recruitment and integration of new employees, supporting the skill development of teams, and contributing to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing Contribution to the development of the practice: identifying and developing commercial opportunities, maintaining client relationships, managing commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender, contributing to the production of offers, and participating in marketing actions

With a Master's degree (Bac +5), you have at least 8 years of professional experience[AR2] within the finance function (management control, finance transformation projects, implementation of SSC, purchasing controlling, etc.) in a large Industrial or Service Group and/or within a consulting firm specializing in finance function transformation. You have knowledge in finance, management control, accounting and/or are familiar with transactional/purchasing processes. You have solid knowledge of Excel, BI (PowerBI, QlikView, etc.), and have knowledge of certain ERP and/or reporting and management control tools (Anaplan, Tagetik, Onestream, Pigment, Oracle PBCS etc.). Open-minded and curious, you demonstrate a strong capacity for adaptation and teamwork. Fluent English level is imperative, both written and spoken.
