Consolidation Consultant Manager - Paris M/F

You will join the Accounting & Outsourcing Services team composed of 250 employees. As a Consultant, you will intervene within Accounting and Finance Departments across their entire closing process and the preparation of consolidated reporting. Within a dynamic and structured team, your missions will be diversified and enriching: You will provide operational reinforcement for business specialists and transition management; You will provide support for complex operations and assistance on optimization and reorganization projects; You will advise your clients on the choice and implementation of consolidation / reporting systems and Disclosure Management; You will handle the outsourcing of the production of consolidated financial statements under French standards and IFRS and ensure the audit of consolidation processes and systems. You will be required to supervise a team and support them in their skill development. As you carry out your missions within groups of all sizes and sectors and through the training you will receive, you will develop expertise and skills allowing you to evolve within our structure.

You hold a Bac+5 degree with an accounting specialization (DSCG, Master CCA, or from a Business School). You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a company or a firm. If you have experience in audit and/or accounting expertise, you will be advantaged. You are rigorous, methodical, and highly adaptable. You have a very good knowledge of consolidation techniques, French and IFRS standards, and you master the consolidated accounts production process. You possess in-depth knowledge of a leading consolidation software (BFC/Magnitude, HFM). A good command of English is necessary to communicate with our clients. You enjoy teamwork, have strong interpersonal skills, and know how to manage several missions simultaneously. Additional Information Benefits
