As a Junior Consultant, you will join a team whose ambition is clear: to train the experts and managers of tomorrow, by combining expertise, progressive responsibilities, and client exposure. The diversity of our clients and their IT, Tech, and digital challenges will allow you to work on complex, strategic issues directly linked to the priorities of general management and information systems departments. You will join the Tech Risk & IT M&A team of the Tech4Value pole, dedicated to high value-added topics: IT risks, cybersecurity, resilience, compliance, critical IT operations, and transactions. Upon your arrival You will be accompanied by experienced consultants, with a clear objective of skill development. You will contribute directly to analyses, client exchanges, and the production of high-impact deliverables. You will be progressively given responsibility and encouraged to propose your ideas. You will develop a cross-functional vision of IT issues, from diagnosis to implementation. Concretely, as a Junior Consultant Tech Risk & IT M&A You will perform structured analyses, collect, and ensure the reliability of information necessary for missions. You will participate in the preparation and interviews with IT, risk, internal control, and internal audit teams. You will contribute to the production of clear, consistent, and decision-oriented deliverables. You will identify findings, risks, and areas for improvement, with the support of the team. You will progressively develop your autonomy, your consulting posture, and your technological expertise. You will intervene on subjects at the heart of current corporate priorities: Advisory to IT, risk, internal control, and internal audit functions, with direct exposure to executive bodies Participation in major transformation programs related to regulation (DORA), IS security (ISO 27001), and cybersecurity (NIS 2) Strategic IT consulting missions: process review, IT roadmap, target architecture, performance and cost management You may also intervene on cross-functional and complex missions with the Data Advisory and M&A IT teams: IT Due Diligence, Data & IA frameworks, high-stakes IT transformation operations.
This position is intended for profiles wishing to build solid expertise while rapidly developing their consulting posture. You are a graduate or soon-to-be graduate of a business school, engineering school, or university, with a Master's level (Bac+5). You have developed a strong appetite for information systems, technologies, and transformation challenges, notably through internships, apprenticeships, academic projects, or associations. You are motivated by consulting and recognized for your analytical capacity, your ability to synthesize, and your writing skills. You know how to work in a structured manner, collaborate in a team, and progressively take on responsibilities. You have good interpersonal skills, are curious, dynamic, and comfortable sharing your ideas. Fluent English is essential Our assets A young, dynamic, and accessible team. Additional information Recruitment process Pauline is in charge of this recruitment and will be your point of contact throughout the process. If your profile is selected, you will be invited to undergo two 45-minute interviews each, combining technical tests and discussions about your professional experiences, followed by a final interview with the partner in charge of the activity.
