Senior Associate Lawyer in Social Law - 2026-27 M/F

As an associate within the Social Law department of the Levallois-Perret (92) office, you will work on cases entrusted to you in synergy with other teams from different departments (Corporate/M&A and taxation) in a rapidly developing department. Your field of intervention will notably cover Client Advisory (employment contracts, dismissals, reorganization in a national and international context), due diligence and, on the margins, social litigation (case monitoring and oral arguments). You will be daily involved in cases of international dimension with English-speaking interlocutors. Your role Integrated into a young, dynamic and fast-growing team, you will work on rich and varied cases, in close collaboration with the Corporate/M&A and Taxation teams, in a stimulating and collaborative environment. In this capacity, you will notably participate in: Daily support for clients in advisory, in individual and collective social law (employment contracts, terminations, individual relations, reorganizations, HR issues in a national and international context) The performance of social due diligence within the framework of growth and restructuring operations And on the margins, social litigation, from case analysis to the monitoring of procedures and oral arguments. Cases of international dimension, with English-speaking interlocutors, promoting a true openness to the international arena.

You hold the CAPA and a Master 2 in social law. As a senior lawyer in social law, you have between 6 and 8 years of experience. You wish to intervene in both advisory and litigation, for a demanding and international clientele To this end, your level of English is fluent, both written and spoken You are recognized for your reactivity, your sense of service and your involvement.
